Are these courses DOT-compliant?

- “Compliance” requirements can vary by employer, SAP, and return-to-duty plan. If you are completing education as part of a return-to-duty process, confirm course requirements with the requesting party before enrolling.
Is this a SAP (Substance Abuse Professional) evaluation?
- The courses are not SAP evaluations. The education courses are separate and are strictly educational.
- Yes, SAP evaluation services are available as a separate service for DOT-regulated employees who need an assessment as part of the DOT return-to-duty process.

Do you provide SAP evaluations?
Yes. SAP evaluations are offered as a professional service separate from the online courses.
What is included in a SAP evaluation?

- Follow-up evaluation(s) based on the DOT return-to-duty process.
Can I do a SAP evaluation online?

How long does each course take?

Is there a test or assessment?
- Courses include knowledge checks to confirm understanding.

What happens if I don’t pass?
- You can review the material and retake the assessment.
- If you need a completion certificate by a deadline, start early to allow time for retakes.
Certificates & Completion
Will I receive a certificate?
Yes. After you meet the course completion requirements, you will receive a Certificate of Completion.
How do I access my certificate?
- You can download it immediately after completion.
- If enabled, a copy may also be emailed to you.
Is the certificate accepted by employers?
- The certificate documents that you completed education content and met course requirements.
- Acceptance depends on the requesting party (employer, SAP, MRO, union program, etc.). If needed, share the course description and completion details with them before enrolling.
How long is the certificate valid?
Certificates do not “expire,” but some employers or programs may require education within a specific timeframe. Follow the timeline provided by the requesting party.

How do I enroll in a course?
Choose your course, complete checkout, and you will receive access instructions by email.
Can I access courses on mobile?
Yes. Courses are mobile-friendly and can be completed on a phone, tablet, or computer.
How long do I have access to the course?
Standard access is thirty days (30 days) from enrollment (unless otherwise stated on the course page).
What if I have technical issues?

What is your refund policy?
- Because course access is delivered immediately, refunds are generally not available once a course has been started.
